Yes, if there are clear differences in implementation, they will be considered distinct proposals and reviewed accordingly. However, if the proposal is substantially similar or identical to an existing one, its eligibility for evaluation will be determined based on factors such as intellectual property rights, proposal specificity, and submission date.

Companies that have been established within 7 years and have an annual revenue of KRW 2 billion or less are eligible for TIPS.
